Why We Designed The Stratam LS Sweater

For several years we knew we wanted to add to our mid-layer collection, to create a piece that performed technically and maximised the incredible thermal properties of our yak wool with a flattering fit that looked great on the body and went that bit further with ‘intelligent’ design.

We also wanted to create a ‘do-it-all’ wool mid layer that allowed us to go from big mountain days or a day's cycle adventure to tapping away on the computer working from home.

So we created our super adaptable Stratam LS Sweater. Combining our ethically sourced yak wool from our nomad communities in the Himalayas, with eco-friendly and durable DuPont™ Sorona® we added a recycled YKK zip and a 100% yak wool inner collar for super-comfort.
